Michael plays all the instruments. Decent recording, but would benefit from a real engineering team and a more fleshed out rhythm section. Maybe even more elaborate guitar parts. Drummer and bassist would have a lot of freedom to experiment on this one. Justin wrote an instrumental piece I was thinking about swiping and adding the verses. Josh and Jeremy both suggested background vocals. Like, doo wop or something.
lyrics
You'll never make it in the suburbs.
They break your ankles in the cul-de-sac
You'll never make it in the suburbs.
The Lincoln slowly rolls over your neck.
You'll never make it in the suburbs.
You get impaled on the white picket fence.
You'll never make it in the suburbs.
They start a fight and claim self defense.
You'll never make it in the suburbs.
They leave you naked on the fresh cut lawn.
You'll never make it in the suburbs.
You're gonna die with the TV on.

Michael is doing everything on this one. Probably using some drum skins that Matt helped record.
